Refund Policy

Returns and Exchanges:

We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase, if you have purchased any products through our website and are not completely satisfied with your purchase, we will accept returns in original packaging and proof of purchase of the item within 7 days of purchase for online store credit or full refund less shipping charges of unused, unworn, unwashed, undamaged, soiled or defective merchandise purchased on our online store.

Refunds will be made according to the invoice/receipt and credit card used in connection with the purchase. Purchases made with a gift card will be refunded to a e-gift card as purchased. Please review the terms below. 

Conditions of Return:

A returned item must be in the same condition in which it was sold (with the exception of manufacturer’s defects) and follow the policy listed above under return and exchanges. If you believe an item is defective we ask that you let the Boxed with Barakah team know within the 7 day return policy window to ensure a full refund. If you pass the 7 day window to let our team know that an item is defective your request will go under review and the Boxed with Barakah team does have the right to deny a refund. Custom items  are also non-returnable, unless there is damage to or a defect in the product, in which case Boxed with Barakah is happy to provide a replacement of the item you ordered if stock is available. You must provide us written notice within the 7 day return policy window. If stock is not available the replacement or refund will be in review with the Boxed With Barakah Team on how to best satisfy our customers. We will do our best to ensure that you are happy with your purchasing experience.

Sale items (if applicable)
Only regular priced items may be refunded, unfortunately sale items cannot be refunded. All sale items have already been marked down and are final sale.

Shipping Disclaimer:
To return your product, please follow the how to make a return instructions below. The time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you may vary.

As you are responsible for shipping your own item back to us, we recommend using a service that provides you a tracking label on your item that also provides the date of shipment as Boxed With Barakah will not be held responsible for lost or damaged items. (Taking a picture of your purchase in perfect condition prior to mailing it out will help you and your shipping provider limit any issues of dispute if you need to make a claim.) 

The item will only be refunded according to the policy if received. Boxed at Barakah reserves the right to return any item back to you that we do not within policy guidelines for which the shipping cost will be charged to your account. 

How to Make a Return:

Please send an email to sales@boxedwithbarakah.com by following the below:

1. Subject: Return with Order #

2. Proof of purchase with receipt

3. First and Last name of purchaser 

We will then provide an address for return as well as provide any assistance to make your return as easy as possible. 

The date and time of the email will be recorded for reference of meeting the return policy guidelines in case your e-mail was not replied to within the 7 day return policy window. Our team will do our best to keep you satisfied. So please do not worry.

Remember you will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. Depending on how you set up your return, the cost of return shipping may be deducted from your refund.

Gifts if Applicable
If the item was marked as a gift when purchased and shipped directly to you, you’ll receive a gift credit for the value of your return, once the returned item is received, a gift certificate/code will be emailed to you.

If the item wasn’t marked as a gift when purchased, or the gift giver had the order shipped to themselves to give to you later, we will send a refund to the gift giver and he/she will find out about your return.
